As we all struggle to come to grips with the seemingly inexorable spread of the novel Coronavirus, I would like to take the opportunity to share the steps that Blade Energy Partners are implementing to ensure that we continue to offer the same high levels of service that you would expect from us. These are unprecedented and stressful times, but Blade remains steadfast in its commitment do the right thing for our people, our clients, and our communities. And that commitment has guided every action that Blade has taken during the past weeks.
Paramount to Blade is the safety and health of its people, their families, and our clients and business partners. We continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak situation daily – country-by-country. And, given the dynamic and rapidly evolving situation, we are in regular contact with all of our employees and clients world-wide. The National Health measures advised by the respective governments are being diligently followed to contain the spread of the virus. And, our global offices in the USA, UK, UAE and Indonesia, are complying with all local and regional directives in order to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees, customers and the community at large.
The needs of our clients are equally important to us. We will strive to meet our project commitments in a timely manner and at the highest quality of service, despite the disruptive nature of the recent developments. All of our people continue to work diligently on our work product obligations. They have adapted well to working remotely and to conducting web and video conferences to communicate with clients, which is rapidly becoming the new norm. Our laboratory in Houston remains open, and time-sensitive experimental work and critical testing on behalf of our clients continue apace.
We are fortunate that our clients are among the most loyal, and the length of our association can be measured in decades. You have Blade’s assurance that there will be no corners cut and no compromises made, and definitely, no interruption of our services amidst this crisis. Should we slip, we ask in advance your forbearance, and assure you that we will do whatever it takes to get it right.
We value the fidelity and support of our clients. Everyone at Blade wishes all of you strength and safety for the times ahead.
