Background:
Blade Energy Partners was contracted to conduct the Root Cause Analysis of the SS-25 well leak in the Aliso Canyon field on January 29, 2016. The gas leak from SS-25 started on October 23, 2015, and was successfully controlled via the relief well on February 11, 2016.
Blade has completed the RCA, and the Main Report and an animation summary of the RCA are available.
