Diversity and inclusion are collective responsibilities. It’s important to encourage a culture where everyone actively participates in promoting diversity. Leaders – men and women – need to be seen to be driving a culture of inclusion and as well as supporting it at an organizational level. Allyship involves education about the challenges faced by marginalized groups and is a journey of continuous improvement. This panel will discuss how men can advocate for the advancement of women within their organizations at a micro as well as macro level, and what women want from their male allies.
