Project Framework

Experience has proven that planning, implementing and sustaining a high-quality MPD/UBD project requires effective management and provision of the right resources through each phase of the project. Blade’s project management framework provides an excellent structure for planning and implementing a project, optimally utilizing and managing project resources. The framework contains a concise list of deliverables, and provides structure to the overall project plan. All disciplines and activities are involved, including Reservoir Engineering, Engineering, Drilling, and Production Engineering. Special attention is given to the management of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). We also offer comprehensive training programs which include basic and advanced levels, as well as on-site personnel training.
