Blade Energy Pipeline Team:
Ravi Krishnamurthy PhD, has over 18 years of experience in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry, especially in metallurgical engineering, fracture mechanics, sour service design, pipeline integrity and corrosion engineering. He is an expert in applications of in-line inspection to pipeline integrity. Ravi received his Ph.D in Materials Science from the University of Virginia.
David Lewis, PE, has over 27 years domestic and international experience in oil & gas exploration and production with substantial experience in the application of LRFD design to pipelines. Dave has a strong engineering background with experience in deepwater, big bore (mono bore) and high pressure – high temperature wells. He has a worldwide reputation in the areas of structural and advanced tubular mechanics.
Richard McNealy, PE Met Eng, has over 25 years of experience in metallurgical engineering relating to materials selection, failure analysis, mechanics and fabrication in pipelines and pressure vessels. Richard’s background is with companies such as Halliburton Services and GE Oil and Gas, PII Pipeline Solutions.
Ming Gao, Ph.D, Met Eng, has over 25 years of experience in application of Fracture Mechanics to complex engineering design and life assessment problems. More than 90 publications in the areas of Fracture Mechanics Structural Reliability and Failure Analysis. Ming has authored 24 publications in the area of Pipeline Integrity and Management of Pipeline Stress Corrosion Cracking.
Pablo Cazenave, Gas Engineer - Specialist, has over 16 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with the last 9+ years specialized in Pipeline Integrity (ILI technologies, Fitness for Purpose/Service, Structural Pipeline Integrity, Risk Assessment, Pipeline Integrity Management, Corrosion Management, Crack Management and Rehabilitation programs). With excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, Pablo plays a key role in Blade Energy business for Latin America.
Suri Suryanarayana Ph.D has over 18 years of experience and a strong reputation in advanced applied mechanics, casing and tubing design, tubular mechanics, well construction engineering, quantitative risk assessment, and probabilistic design approaches applied to tubular design.
Gopala Vinjamuri, Eng, is a consultant for Blade Energy Partners for regulatory matters relating to the USDOT gas and liquid pipeline integrity management rules for high consequence areas. Gopala has 16 years of experience with the USDOT Office of Pipeline Safety in Washington DC and prior to that worked as an engineer for Air Products.
