	Blade Energy Partners announces the addition of the services of Dr. Ravi Krishnamurthy, Dr. Ming Gao, Rick McNealy PE and Gopala (Krishna) Vinjamuri (Consultant) to provide expertise targeted to Pipeline Integrity Management, both globally and addressing the USDOT Federal Pipeline safety regulations. Blade Energy Partners provide operating companies with unbiased, leading edge expertise to solve complex drilling, completion and production challenges. Dr. Ravi Krishnamurthy, formerly of Mobil Oil and GE Pipeline Solutions heads the pipeline integrity effort together with Dr. Ming Gao, and Mr. Richard McNealy, both formerly with GE Pipeline Solutions leading ILI management, analysis and government affairs . The group enhanced their services with the recent addition of Consultant Mr. Gopala Vinjamuri. Gopala, who has over 40 years of built up expertise in various engineering fields ranging from, pressure vessel, piping and pipeline design, stress analysis, failure analysis including materials characterization and managing R&D projects. Gopala has proven expertise in fracture mechanics and fatigue evaluation of pressure vessels and pipeline systems. For the past 16 years, Gopala served as a senior technical officer in the US Department of Transportation, Hazardous Materials and Pipeline Safety Administration (DOT-PHMSA), developing regulations, integrity management rulemaking, failure investigations, interacting as a liaison to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) on pipeline accident investigations and enforcement. Gopala has experience in nondestructive testing (ultrasonics, acoustic emission) as well as MFL technologies and evaluation of crack detection ILI data in support of integrity analysis, remedial action and regulatory issues.
